            These terms apply to the VenueLinQ waitlist and founding member programme. Full platform terms will be provided when the service launches.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VenueLinQ website and waitlist operated by UnifyLinq Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16910748).

By joining our waitlist or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Waitlist Registration

By joining our founding member waitlist, you:

Confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete
Agree to receive emails about VenueLinQ, including launch announcements and product updates
Understand that waitlist membership does not guarantee access to any specific features or pricing
Accept that founding member benefits are subject to availability and may change

3. Founding Member Programme

Our founding member programme offers early supporters:

Free access during the beta period
50% lifetime discount on paid plans when we launch
Direct input on features and roadmap
Priority support

These benefits are offered in good faith but we reserve the right to modify the programme terms before launch. Any changes will be communicated to waitlist members.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of UnifyLinq Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Interfere with the proper working of our website
Submit multiple waitlist entries with different email addresses

6. Disclaimer

VenueLinQ is currently in development. The website and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any specific features will be included in the final product
Launch dates or timelines are guaranteed

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnifyLinq Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
